HaulPay’s payment system enables you to assess a quick pay fee for any carrier receiving quick pays or payments of a certain speed that are connected to you.
The platform makes managing specific settings for carrier payment preferences easy and clear to manage. It also makes onboarding and connecting to vetted carriers a breeze.
Every time a carrier get’s paid via quick pay, you net the quick pay fee that you have set and now you’re profiting from quick pay!
Payments are based on a flat per transaction fee that is tied to your volume and configuration.
The transaction cost ranges from $3.00-$7.50 depending on your transaction volume and depending on if you require any additional special handling for your account.
Payments are sent to carriers based on their preferred payment method and are paid by same-day ach by default. There are no additional or separate ach or processing fees for our most popular configuration. Additional payment options like wire and push are also available.
Once you submit and approve a funding request, payments are sent in the next daily batch. Depending on what payment speed your carrier has selected they will either receive a quick pay or a payment at a future scheduled date. Some popular options are 1, 21 and 30 days.
We provide API Integration support for any 3rd party TMS. It’s a huge added benefit. We will coordinate with your 3rd party system administrator to make it happen.
