We’re excited to announce that our new mobile and web app interface is coming in November 2024! So close!
We’re overhauling our front end and collapsing our multiple mobile apps into ONE single UX so that it’s easier for your team and ours to train and develop processes into the future. This is going to be the first big user interface design and front end update for us in nearly 6 years and it’s going to make everyone’s lives easier once we get over the launch hump.
Don’t worry if you have any macros or SOPs that are dependent on the existing user interface you should be fine.
The new one is very very close to the existing web app with some deeper changes scattered here and there.
We’re also going to be allowing users to be able to switch back and forth between the OLD (currently live) web app user interface and the NEW app interfaces until the end of 2024, so if any workflow is different enough that you had a very strict SOP around a process you can manage your own transition more easily. If you need it up longer just let us know.
